Saksham is a non-profitable, charitable trust, working in ways that we can, towards an equitable society.

We, at Saksham, believe that progress and development of any society can strictly be gauged only in terms of the equality of opportunity it provides to all sections of citizens, irrespective of class, gender or status.

We also believe that real change can come about only with more active participation from the members of the community, from individual awareness and a sense of responsibility, from a sense of sharing , from an abiding respect for the immense capabilities of a human being, irrespective of the milieu to which he or she belongs and from the wisdom that true progress cannot be achieved if disparities within different sections of the society keep glaring at one's face.
