Donations to Saksham  are exempted from tax u/s 80G of IT Act  vide Office of the Director of Income Tax(Exemptions) bearing reference F.No.DIT(E) 2011-12/S 4472/ S 4/4 dated 6.2.12

All donations will be duly acknowledged with the issue of a receipt. Recurring expenditure is towards the rent of the premises, the salaries of the teachers, cost of nutritional supplements, books and stationery  and weekly medical-check ups.

We do not incur any expenditure for administrative infrastructure or staff.

The Trustees of Saksham do no receive any remuneration. We have not received any Government funding so far We maintain utmost transparency in our accounts.
